linux - accidental fsck on mounted

I accidently run "fsck" on a mounted partition which was my only parttion. Now I can't boot. It was Fedora 13, filesystem should be ext3.

I have booted from usb with ubuntu 11.10.I found that lost+found is empty. I can't find my files. Is there a way to recover them?

I only want to save some of my files.
