Full Screen and Lens mode in Magnifier Windows 7 Enterprise grayed out

Problem:

Full Screen and Lens mode in Magnifier Windows 7 Enterprise grayed out as shown below.

enter image description here

OS:

C:\>systeminfo | findstr /B /C:"OS Name" /C:"OS Version"
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise
OS Version: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601

Found link on Microsoft, but didn't help at all. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-desktop/magnifier-seems-disabled-in-full-screen-mode-on/97978e63-d66e-e011-8dfc-68b599b31bf5

Then, I also found almost similar problem here ... but he is using Home edition while mine is Enterprise version.

Windows 7 Basic Magnifier "Full Screen" option grayed out

According to the answer ...

From the help file (press F1):

"Full-screen mode and lens mode are only available as part of the Aero experience. If your computer doesn't support Aero, or if you're

using a theme other than an Aero theme, Magnifier will only work in docked mode."

I am sorry, but Home Basic does not include Aero. From the following link:

"The Aero desktop experience, available in the Home Premium,

Professional, Ultimate, and Enterprise editions of Windows 7..."

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/features/aero

So, this doesn't apply to my case as I'm using Enterprise version, not Home edition.

What did I do?

I have also tried the solution here including modifying the registry but none of them worked. Windows 7 magnifier not fullscreen

Enabled Aero .. also didn't work

What should I do to fix this problem?
