Windows says enable developer mode would be dangerous which would allow external apps to install without certified and something disadvantage (My system is Chinese, I don't know the exactly words in the English version, but it must has same meaning).
I don't understand why it points out external apps. I always download software installers from the Internet through my browser. Does enabling developer mode make those installers more dangerous? I just want to use the native Ubuntu bash.
