windows - Deny log on through Remote Desktop via powershell

I have to deny log on through windows RDP. I know, I can do it by gpedit.msc in

 Computer Configuration --> Windows Settings --> Security Settings -->        
 Local Policies --> User rights assignment 

But I have to do it by powershell.

Is it possible?
